Vintage Yoga is offered by Certified Yoga Instructor Charlotte Bourdeau of Whole Body Health International. Vintage Yoga is the practice of fundamental poses with focus on creating and maintaining the connection of the mind and the physical body.

Whole Body Health International is a coaching/personal training service based out of Pine Knoll Shores, NC. Husband & wife team, Juan and Charlotte guide their clients to practice living a better life through their mind, body, and spirit training philosophy. They offer both in-person sessions and remote (online only).
